What to expect
Kitchen

Wash and put away all dishes, cookware, and utensils; empty and reload dishwasher if needed.

Clean and sanitize countertops, backsplash, sink, faucet, and cabinet fronts.

Clean stove and inside microwave.

Empty the trash and recycling, and replace liner

Sweep and mop kitchen floors, paying special attention to corners and under the table
Bathrooms

Shower scrub & glass clean.

Sink scrub, mirror clean.

Bathtubs scrub (including glass) & clean surfaces around tubs

Toilet scrub and disinfected.

Baseboards & doors clean.
-
Mold and grout treatment if necessary

Light fixtures
-
Floors vacuumed and mopped.
Add on items: Mold treatment and grout cleaning
Dusting
-
All surfaces dusted & wiped down.

Doors, knobs and light switches disinfected.

Baseboards and window sills dusted.

Blinds dusted.
-
Couch vacuum.

Cobwebs remove.
Laundry
-
Collect all used linens, checking for stains or damage.

Wash all linens and towels using the correct detergent, stain remover (if needed).

Dry all items completely, clean the dryer's lint trap after each load.

Fold towels neatly, and organize all clean linens in their designated storage areas.

Make all beds with fresh, wrinkle-free linens.

Leave the laundry area clean and report any stained, damaged, or missing linens to the supervisor.
